目的：通过对我院门诊处方的调查分析，了解医院抗菌药物的应用现状，并对其合理性进行分析。方法：随机抽取2015年门诊处方3100张，对抗菌药物应用情况进行调查分析。结果：门诊抗菌药物的使用率为37.6%，抗菌药物单用率为86.68%，二联用药占13.06%，三联用药占0.26%。一线、二线抗菌药物所占比例分别是62.5%和37.5%，未见三线抗菌药物。结论：我院抗菌药物总体应用合理，但仍需改进、提高。%Objective:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the administration situation of antibiotics for outpatients in our hospital,so that rational use of antibiotics could be promoted.Methods:3100 copies of outpatient prescriptions in 2015were randomly selected in our hospital,and the administration of antibiotics was investigated.Results:The administration rate of antibiotics in outpatient service was 37.6%,in which the rate of single antibiotics administration was 86.68%,the rate of concomitant antibiotics administration was 13.6%,and the rate of triple administration was 0.26%.The proportion of first-class antimicrobial drug use was 62.5%,and second-class was 37.5%, while third-class antimicrobial were not seen used.Conclusion:The administration of antibiotics in our hospital is rational basically, however,there is still room for promotion in this area.
