中医温病学“防传变”理论指导下应用喜炎平治疗手足口病的疗效分析

Objective to study the TCM science of seasonal febrile diseases “the prevention” under the guidance of the theory of application of xi phlogistic flat curative effect and safety for the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods:284 patients with high fever of ordinary children with hand, foot and mouth disease randomly divided into treatment group 142 cases, control group 142 cases, each group are given antifebrile, rehydration, such as symptomatic treatment, treatment group with xi phlogistic flat to 5~10mg/(kg,d) an intravenous drip. Analysis between groups of efficacy and safety, as well as into severe cases.Results:the treatment group and observation group were cured and discharged, the treatment group antifebrile time, herpes fade time, recovery time were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group into intensive 3 cases, observation group into severe 12 cases, two groups had no severe cases, the ratio of two groups into severe difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group did not appear related side effects. Conclusion:According to the TCM theory of“the prevention” science of seasonal febrile diseases, the ordinary children with hand, foot and mouth disease application of high xi phlogistic treatment, can effectively reduce into severe cases, shorten period of treatment and recovery time.%目的：探讨中医温病学“防传变”理论指导下应用喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及安全性。方法：将284例伴有高热的普通手足口病患儿随机分成治疗组142例、对照组142例，各组均给予退热、补液等对症治疗，治疗组加用喜炎平5～10mg/（kg·d）静脉滴注。分析各组的疗效及安全性，以及转变为重症的例数。结果：治疗组及观察组均治愈出院，治疗组退热时间、疱疹消退时间、康复时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组转变为重症3例，对照组转变为重症12例，两组均无危重病例，两组转化为重症的比例差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组与对照组均未出现副作用。结论：根据中医温病学“防传变”理论，对出现高热的普通手足口病患儿应用喜炎平进行治疗，能有效减少转化为重症的病例，缩短疗程及康复时间。
