“民族交往交流交融”是目前审视我国族群关系的一个创新性思维，洮州作为我国西北多族群聚居之地，拥有多族群共同信仰的十八龙神体系，其中北路的龙神“常遇春”由汉、藏、土三族共同信仰，围绕“常遇春”信仰，族群之间在神话传说和组织层面产生了不同程度的互动，形成了既相互独立又交叉共融、互助与竞争并存的动态交往机制，进而真正实现了“你中有我、我中有你”“手足相亲、守望相助”的族群交融态势。这种族群交往模式的地方性呈现为我们思考民族政策和族群关系理论提供了新的视角。%“Ethnic communication ,exchange and blend”is an innovative thinking to survey the ethnic relationship of China at present .The Dragon God “Chang Yu-chun” located in Beilu , practiced in belief by Han ,Tibetan and Tu ethnic groups, of whom, ethnic groups generate different levels of interaction between myths , legends and organization , formed the dynamic interaction mechanism with characteristics of independent and cross communion , mutual assistance and competi-tion.The local presenting of communication pattern among ethnic groups offers a new view to think about ethnic policies and ethnic relations theory .
