应用型本科院校开展顶岗实习的思考

摘要

Application-oriented universities shoulder the mission of training high-level applied talents , carrying out innovation of applied research and development and serving employment and regional development .When application-oriented universities carry out post internship , it is critical to change the teaching idea , construct the curriculum system , draw up the training plan , establish and perfect the system , continue to strengthen teacher training and practical teaching research , set up practice base reasonably and establish a scientific evaluation system so as to ensure the quality of post internship .%应用型本科院校肩负培养高层次应用型人才、开展应用研发创新、服务就业和区域发展等使命。应用型本科院校开展顶岗实习要转变传统课程理念、构建应用型课程体系；制订人才培养方案，合理设置顶岗实习内容；建立健全顶岗实习制度，规范顶岗实习运作；强化应用型教师培养，加强对顶岗实习的研究与指导；科学设置顶岗实习基地，确保顶岗实习质量。
