摘要

Through the analysis of the related concept of the rule of law, corruption and anti-corruption, anti-corruption by the rule of law is defined as a kind of governance model which can punish and prevent corruption.It is under the leading of nomocracy thinking, and keep strictly to the established legal norms and due process.The ruling means of ruled by law should be utilized scientifically by the specialized anti-corruption organizations.%通过对法治、腐败、反腐等相关概念的辨析,将"法治反腐"的概念界定为:在法治思维的引领下,严格遵守既定的法律规范和正当程序,由专门的反腐机构科学地运用法治方式,惩治和预防腐败的一种治理模式.
