高校研究生教学管理工作中的思想政治教育作用

Teaching management activities of graduate student in universities is the focus of management work ,and it's also an important part of college quality‐oriented education .Educational administrators ,as managers and organizers of the university graduate student teaching activities ,whose role runs through the entire teaching process ,shouldering the responsibilities and obligations of ideological and political educa‐tion for students .,and it has great significance for achieving the goal of training outstanding talent in the new period to integrate ideological and political education into the teaching management work and combine teaching with ideological and political education .%高校的研究生教学管理活动是研究生教育管理工作的重心，是高校人才培养的重要组成部分。研究生教学管理者作为研究生教学活动的管理者和组织者高层次人才培养的核心力量，其作用贯穿于整个教学过程中，同时也肩负着对学生思想政治教育的责任和义务。将思想政治教育融入到教学管理工作中去，使教学与思想政治教育有机结合在一起，对实现新时期卓越人才培养的目标具有重要意义。
