磨矿过程综合自动化系统

         

摘要

磨矿过程具有大惯性、滞后性、非线性、多变量耦合等特性,传统的控制方法或者人工控制都无法取得较为满意的效果,导致了磨矿过程产品合格率低、能源消耗大、生产效率低,并且球磨机还时常出现“饱磨”,引起生产事故。针对磨矿过程中存在的上述问题,提出了由过程管理、智能优化和过程控制三层结构组成的综合自动化系统。通过在唐山某选矿厂的运行效果表明该系统不仅可以稳定整个磨矿过程,而且提高了磨矿效率。%Grinding process is with large inertia and lag , nonlinear and multivariable coupling features , traditional control methods or manual control cannot obtain more satisfactory results , caused the product percent of pass low grinding process ,large energy consumption , low production efficiency , and the ball mill is also often appear "full mill",causes the production accidents .This paper aiming at these problems that existing in the grinding process , putting forward process management ,intelligent optimization and process control of three-layer structure of integrated automation system .Through running results of a concentration in tangshan ,which show that the system can not only steady the whole grinding process ,and improve the grinding efficiency .
