茶水及茶饮料对离体牙釉质再矿化的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective In order to make a further study for enamel remineralization of green tea , black tea and the drinks of tea .Methods We made fifty samples with first premolar in vitro ,soaking in green tea ,black tea ,drinks of green tea ,drinks of black tea and artificial saliva that as the control . And we compared the changes among the surface roughness ,the enamel surface morphology and the content of calcium phosphate after seven days with every group before soaking by measuring instru‐ment of surface structure ,scanning electron microscopy and X -ray energy dispersive spectrometer . Results The results showed that the Ra value was obviously lower( P <0 0.1)after soaking in group of green tea;and it rose in the group of black tea( P <0 0.1);there was no significant differences in Ra value among the other groups .The ratio of Ca2+ /P3+ on enamel surface rose after soaking in green tea group by detecting with X -ray spectrometer( P <0 0.1);the ratio of Ca2+ /P3+ decreased after soa‐king the drinks of tea( P <0 0.5) S.canning electron microscopy displayed that the remineralization ar‐ea of enamel was the largest in the group of green tea;while the group of drinks of black tea showed a further demineralization of enamel surface .Conclusion The content of calcium after soaking in green tea increased ,and it had a good effect in mineralization .Meanwhile ,the sediment is difficult to be dis‐solved .%①目的比较绿茶水、红茶水及市售茶饮料对离体牙釉质再矿化的影响,为人们选择健康饮品提供依据。②方法取离体第一前磨牙制作50个脱矿样本,浸泡在绿茶水、红茶水、绿茶饮料、红茶饮料及人工唾液中,通过粗糙度仪、扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪的记录数据比较各组浸泡前和浸泡后第7天表面粗糙度、牙釉质表面形貌及钙(Ca2+)、磷(P3+)含量变化。③结果粗糙度测试结果显示浸泡后绿茶水组粗糙度值明显降低(P<00.1),而红茶饮料组的粗糙度值升高(P<00.1),其余各组浸泡前后粗糙度值无统计学意义;X射线能谱仪检测绿茶水组浸泡后釉质表面Ca2+/P3+比值升高(P<00.1),茶饮料组浸泡后Ca2+/P3+比值均下降(P<00.5);扫描电镜显示绿茶水组矿化面积最大,红茶饮料组釉质表面相比浸泡前有进一步的脱矿。④结论绿茶水组牙釉质经浸泡后钙沉积增多,且沉积物不易被溶解,具有良好的再矿化效果;绿茶水是一种比较理想的健康饮品。
