瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰传播机理的实验测试系统研究

         

摘要

为了研究管道瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰的传播机理,确定表征瓦斯煤尘爆炸的主要物理量的变化特征,本文构建了瓦斯煤尘爆炸的实验测试系统,主要包括管体系统、爆炸压力及火焰数据测量系统、配气系统、激光器触发延时系统、激光纹影系统、真空舱(实验前抽真空)。气路、数据采集电缆和电源线分别通过相互隔离的沟槽,并与充配气系统集成在控制台。实验段和过渡段均设置专用光学窗口,用于流场显示和光谱测量(组分、温度)。实验测试系统还设计了多通道的压力(压电和压阻传感器)和火焰速度测量和数据采集系统。该实验测试系统能够模拟煤矿内复杂燃烧、爆炸及其传播机理,因此,在煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故,研制阻爆和隔爆设备,勘察事故现场,瓦斯爆炸基础研究等方面,有着较为广泛的应用前景。%The experiment test system of gas and coal dust explosion is constructed in this paper , which main-ly include body of pipe system , measuring system of explosion pressure and flame data , gas distribution sys-tem, delay system of laser trigger , laser schlieren system and vacuum chamber ( pumping vacuum before exper-iment), in order to study the mechanism of propagation for gas and coal dust explosion in pipeline and ensure the change characteristics of main physical qualities characterizing gas and coal dust explosion.Gas circuit, data acquisition cable and power line are integrated in console with gas filling and distribution system through isolated slots respectively.Special optical windows are set in both experimental and transition section , which are used for flow visualization and spectral measurement ( component and temperature ).Multichannel pressure ( piezoelectric and piezoresistive sensors ) , flame speed measuring and data acquisition systems designed.The experiment test system can simulate complex burning , explosion and mechanism of propagation in coal mine , so it has broad application prospects in studying equipment of anti -explosion and explosion-proof, surveying accident scene and basic research of gas explosion in gas explosion accident of coal mine .
