综放工作面基本顶层位与极限跨距确定

摘要

为确定中煤平朔集团井工一矿4106综放工作面基本顶层位和极限跨距，考虑基本顶沉降值、采空区残留浮煤厚度、碎胀系数等因素，初步确定了采空区的冒落带理论高度；根据覆岩结构向高位转移后的平衡条件，判断顶板上方13．12 m以远的粗砂岩为基本顶1；根据组合梁等理论公式，计算了该工作面顶煤、直接顶、基本顶的载荷值，确定了顶煤、直接顶、基本顶的初次垮落步距、周期垮落步距，结果与矿压观测结果基本吻合。%For determining basic roof strata and Limit Span of 4106 Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Pingshuo Coal Industry Company No .1 Coal Mine , considered sedimentation value of basic roof and residual floating coal thickness of mined out area and coefficient of expansion , preliminary determined theoretical height of mined out area.According to the equilibrium condition of overlying rock structure shift to high strata , Judge basic roof 1 is sandstone beyond roof 13.12 m distance.According to combination beam theory formula , calcu-lated load value of top coal&the immediate roof&basic roof in the face , initial caving step distance and peri-odic caving step distance , The results are in agreement with the results of mine pressure observation .
