廊坊市新生代农民工社会保障体系构建研究

摘要

With the continuous progress of urbanization, the new generation of peasant workers has become a major force in contempo- rary migrant workers. Working in the city at the same time, they want access to the city＇ s identity, and urban residents enjoy the same social security benefits and social status, but they are also facing the city＇s psychological dilemma of identity and belongings. This arti- cle, from the social security status of Langfang City, analyzes the new generation of migrant workers＇ social security system, the feasi- bility and necessity of building,and then puts forward some advice for Langfang regional economic development to build the new gen- eration of migrant workers social security system.%随着城镇化进程的不断推进，新生代农民工已成为当代进城务工人员的主力军。在城市务工的同时，他们渴望获得城市人的身份，享有与城镇居民一样的社会保障待遇和社会地位，但是他们又面临着对城市的心理认同感和归属感的两难境地。本文从廊坊市的社会保障现状人手，分析新生代农民工社会保障体系构建的可行性和必要性，进而提出构建适合廊坊区域经济发展的新生代农民工社会保障体系的建议。
