宁南山区新型农村合作医疗制度运行中的问题研究

摘要

通过对宁夏南部山区固原市新型农村合作医疗制度运行过程中存在问题的研究,寻找解决的对策路径.研究发现,固原市新农合医疗制度运行中存在农村卫生人员结构不合理,设备和人才缺乏,服务能力低等问题.针对存在的问题,提出了对策.%There are some problems of operating the new-type rural cooperative medical system in the Mountainous Areas of Southern Ningxia,for examples,the irrational structure of the rural medical workers,lack of equipment and talent,low capacity of services ect..Then some countermeasures for the problems are proposed.
