热工DCS系统常见故障分析及处理措施

随着现场自动化程度的不断提高,火电机组对DCS系统的依赖性也越来越高.针对宏伟热电厂分散控制系统运行的实际情况,从DCS模件、硬件、软件、通讯网络、电源及现场事故案例等方面对DCS系统应用中影响机组安全稳定运行的故障现象和安全隐患进行分析和探讨,并对火电机组的DCS系统安全运行、日常维护和技术监督提出了应用技术水平的建议.%At present,with the improvement of the automation thermal power units,the reliant on DCS system is much higher.Aiming at the actual situation of Hongwei thermal power plant,the influence of the DCS module,hardware,software,communication network,power supply,site accident cases ect.on DCS system application and stable operation of the fault phenomenon is analyzed and discussed.Finally,the suggestions of thermal power plant of DCS system safety operation,routine maintenance and technical supervision of technical application level are given.
