MRI常见伪影产生的原因及应对策略

         

摘要

目的 探讨MRI常见伪影的图像特点,分析总结其产生的原因及应对措施.方法 回顾性分析200例产生伪影的核磁共振图像,根据伪影的图像特点及产生的原因进行分类,结合文献对伪影的识别、伪影产生的原因及处理对策进行分析总结.结果 在出现伪影的200例图像中,患者相关的伪影:金属伪影56例,运动伪影54例.设备的软硬件相关伪影:卷积伪影26例,层面交叉伪影20例,网纹伪影16例,暗条状伪影13例.外界环境及人为因素伪影:噪声伪影9例,对比度伪影6例.结论 准确判断伪影的种类,快速找到解决的办法,修正扫描方案和技术参数,不仅消除图像伪影,保证检查质量.同时缩短病人的检查时间,提高病人的流通性.%Objective To explore characteristics of MRI common artifacts, analyze its causes and preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of artifacts in NMR images was made. The artifacts were classified according to their characteristics and causes. The identification and causes of artifacts and the countermeasures were analyzed and summarized in combination with the literature. Results Among the 200 cases artifacts images, 56 cases were metal artifacts, 54 cases were motion artifacts, 75 cases are device software and hardware related artifacts, including 26 cases convolution artifacts, 20 cases cross-section artifacts, 16 cases reticulation artifacts, and 13 cases dark strip artifacts, and 32 cases were external environment and human factors related artifacts, including 16 cases noise artifacts and 6 cases contrast artifacts. Conclusion Accurate judgment of the types of artifacts, rapid finding of solutions, revision of scanning schemes and technical parameters, not only eliminates image artifacts, to ensure the quality of inspection. At the same time, it can shorten the examination time and improve the circulation of patients.
