Objective To explore effect of the different surgical modes on survival time in patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods 56 cases with primary gallbladder carcinomas undergone surgical treatment and pathological diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively from January 2006 to May 2011. In accordance with UICC 2000 TNM staging system,3 cases were at stage 0,12 cases at stage I ,17 cases at stage II ,11 cases at stage M ,13 cases at stage IV. 3 cases performed simple cholecystectomy in, 18 cases radical resection of gallbladder carcinoma,extended radical resection of gallbladder carcinoma in 16 cases, palliative resection plus drainage within or outside of gallbladder carcinoma in 10 cases, tumor biopsy, laparotomy and external drainage of gallbladder carcinoma in 9 cases. Results Forty - five patients were followed - up and the mean follow -up period of 465. 7 days. The mean survival period of gallbladder radical resection group was 783. 3 days,which were significantly higher than those in palliative operation group and laparotomy biopsy group( P < 0. 05 ). An average survival period of extended radical resection of gallbladder carcinoma patients was 413 days, which was significantly longer than those of palliative operation of 237 days( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Choosing the surgical approach based on UICC clinical stage can make a huge impact on patient survival period. UICC staging system can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and guide the choice of surgical resection.%目的 探讨宁夏回族自治区2008-2010年交通事故流行病学特点.方法 与宁夏回族自治区公安厅交警总队合作,统计2008-2010年宁夏回族自治区道路交通事故数据,分析事故和人员伤亡特点及其原因,数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析.结果 2008-2010年共发生交通事故5673起,事故次数、死亡人数、受伤人数及直接经济损失无明显上升或下降趋势.发生事故的人群年龄集中在21～45岁(81.2%),男性、农民和自主经营者.事故多发生于每年6～8月份(27.8%),以周1、日的18:00～20:00为事故高峰期.多发生于银川市区、一般城市道路(33.7%),多为客车事故(45.0%).结论 宁夏回族自治区的交通事故有自身的特点,在事故多发时段及地段适当增加交通管理人员和安全提示标志,加强对客车管理,提高农民和自主经营者交通安全意识,可有效地减少道路交通事故.
