东南亚与“海上丝绸之路”精神：历史见证未来--兼论日本对“海上丝绸之路”精神传承的破坏

古代中国通过“海上丝绸之路”与东南亚国家塑造了共同发展、相互依存、和平友好的“海上丝绸之路”精神。但到近现代，这种精神因中国和东南亚国家都受到西方殖民者和日本军国主义的侵略而被迫中断。进入新世纪，中国提出与东盟共建21世纪“海上丝绸之路”就是要传承这种精神。而当下，日本在东南亚推行“价值观外交”和“积极和平主义”并以ODA离间中国和东盟的关系，企图破坏这种精神的传承。对此，中国必须及时应对。%The ancient China formed through the Maritime Silk Road the Spirits of “the Maritime Silk Road”, i.e. common development, mutual dependence, peace and friendship with Southeast Asian countries. In the new century China advocates building twenty-first century“Maritime Silk Road”with ASEAN in order to inherit that Spirit. But now Japan pursues“values diplomacy”and“positive pacifism”in Southeast and sows discord between China and ASEN by ODA to destroy the spirit’s inheritance. China must take measures to counteract.
