On the other hand, it also has a close relationship between germ warfare happened during the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea. The development of patriotic health campaign has greatly changed the Chinese people’s sanitation concept, enhanced the national health. Meanwhile, the patriotic health campaign has achieved positive results in health and epidemic prevention, obtained the public approval for the new political power, thus promoted the construction of new China’s state power legitimacy.
