企业全程参与、就业育人合一的顶岗实习模式--以宁波职业技术学院机电专业群为例

摘要

针对现阶段高职院校学生顶岗实习中存在的普遍问题，与合作企业进行了长期的探索与实践。面向不同类型、不同层次的企业，初步形成了四种校企长期合作、企业全程参与、就业育人合一的顶岗实习模式。该探索对目前我国高职院校培养高技能人才有一定的借鉴意义。%　　According to common problems existing during internship among higher vocational institutes, the paper presents four modes which involve enterprise and integrate employment and education. These modes are proposed to cater for different levels and types of enterprises. The research could be used as a reference for higher vocational institutes to educate high-skill competence students.
