产教融合背景下高职食品专业顶岗实习-就业一体化模式探索

摘要

当前产教融合背景下，高职顶岗实习是技术技能人才培养过程中的重要环节。高职食品专业通过顶岗实习，使学生提高就业竞争力，缩短走上工作岗位后的适应期，实现零距离就业。探索顶岗实习-就业一体化模式，进行顶岗实习过程化管理，建立顶岗实习评价体系，促进学生顶岗实习结束顺利转化就业。%Under the background of production education integration, post practice in higher vocational education is an important process. In Higher Vocational Colleges food major, post practice enable students to improve employability and competitiveness, shorten the adaptation period, realize employment. This paper explores the integration mode of employment and post practice. Through Using process management and the establishment of training evaluation system, it improves the conversion rate of substitution internship into employment.
