论家族企业接班人问题

         

摘要

The family business succession issue is not only related to the transfer of old and new issues of corporate power, to a greater extent is the reaction of the social and economic problems. Founder and wealthy family business successors in the transition process due to corporate philosophy, practical experience, mutual collaboration, the ability to adapt to the reasons, management mechanism inevitably produce a series of problems. Must take appropriate measures to encourage and monitor the wealthy successors, including:understanding and respect their business concepts and ideas, and cultured by both theory and practice, creating a suitable successor to the management team, to provide to adapt to the time and space to create a more perfect management mechanism.%家族企业接班问题不仅关系到企业权力的新旧交接问题,更大程度上则是反应出了社会与经济问题。家族企业创始人与富二代接班人在企业交接过程中由于经营理念、实际经验、相互协作能力、适应能力、管理机制等原因必然产生一系列问题。必须对于富二代接班人采取相应的激励和监督措施,包括:理解并尊重其对企业经营的理念和想法,通过理论与实践两方面进行培养,塑造一个适合接班人的管理团队,为其提供适应的时间和空间,建立一个较为完善的管理机制等。
