电能计量终端液晶显示屏检测方法及装置研究

     

摘要

针对液晶屏检测问题,应用机器视觉和图像处理技术提出了一种液晶屏自动检测方法。该方法重点解决了光源对采集图像质量的影响、显示菜单定位、多屏显示内容自动识别等技术问题。基于此方法本文设计了一台液晶屏检测装置,实现了电能计量终端显示内容的自动采集与自动判断。结果表明,该方法可准确发现显示错误和失效液晶屏,提高电能计量终端液晶显示屏检测效率。%LCD screen is the important component of electric energy terminal. With the goal of testing LCD screen automatically, this paper proposes a testing method based on machine vision and image recognition. The method has solved the problems of light source design, screen content location and multiple screens testing. A testing equipment has been designed based on the method, which is able to conduct screen image acquisition and analysis. Experiment results show that the method could detect display errors and failure screens accurately, which is useful in improving LCD screen testing efficiency.
