高职院校职业指导课程项目化管理研究

摘要

高职院校职业指导课程建设和管理，是学校整体就业工作中重要组成部分。按照项目化管理要求，从项目的启动、签约、实施、考核四个步骤进行管理，明确责任、权利和义务，不失为一种新的管理思路和方式，应该会对职业指导工作带来新的成效。%The construction and management of vocational guidance course in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the whole school's employment.
