高压氧辅助治疗难治性消化性溃疡疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy for refractory peptic ulcer. Methods 51 patients with refractory peptic ulcer were randomly divided into HBO group and normal group. 2 courses of HBO therapy were administrated in HBO group in addition to normal therapy. Intertion status was estimated by gastroscopy and Hp infection was estimated by 14C breath test after therapy. Results Of the 24 cases in HBO group,20 cases cured,3 cases improved,and 1 case unrecovered,with Hp eradication rate 93. 75%(15 / 16). Of the 27 cases in normal group,13 cases cured,10 cases improved,and 4 cases unrecovered,with Hp eradication rate 58. 52%(10 / 17). There was a significant difference in ulcer healing rate and Hp eradication rate between these two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective for refractory peptic ulcer.%目的：探讨高压氧治疗对难治性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法难治性消化性溃疡51例，随机分为高压氧组与常规治疗组，高压氧组在常规治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗2个疗程。根据胃镜判断愈合情况及14C 呼气试验判断 Hp 感染情况。结果24名高压氧组患者经治疗后，溃疡愈合20例，好转3例，未愈1例， Hp 根除率93.75%（15/16）；27名常规组患者愈合13例，好转10例，未愈4例，Hp 根除率58.82%（10/17），两组之间溃疡愈合率及 Hp 根除率比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论高压氧对难治性消化性溃疡有较好的疗效。
