Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods 1 19 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into 3 groups. 42 patients in the treatment group were treated with 308 nm excimer laser and BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid,40 cases in the control group 1 were treated with 308 nm excimer laser, 37 cases in the control group 2 were treated with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid. At the same time,efficacy and adverse events of the three groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 92.86%,67.50%and 64.87%respectively. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and group 2 (χ2 =8.39,χ2 =9.54, both P<0.01). There were no serious adverse events in the three groups. Conclusion It is effective and safe for 308 nm excimer laser in combination with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of alopecia areata.%目的:观察308 nm准分子激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗斑秃的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的119例斑秃患者随机分为3组,治疗组(42例)予308 nm准分子激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,对照1组(40例)予308 nm准分子激光治疗,对照2组(37例)予卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,比较3组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照1组总有效率67.50%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.39,P<0.01)。对照2组总有效率64.87%,与治疗组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.54,P<0.01)。3组均无严重不良反应。结论308 nm准分子激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗斑秃的疗效确切,安全性好。
