目的：研究急性百草枯中毒（APP）患者早期血糖及血钙的变化及临床意义，探讨APP 患者预后与其变化的关系。方法回顾性分析62例 APP 患者的临床资料。以住院期间临床死亡作为观察终点，将62例患者分为存活组32例、死亡组30例。分别采集患者入院第1、2、3日空腹静脉血，进行血糖、血钙、血钠、血钾的检测，比较2组数据并进行统计学分析。结果存活组入院血糖明显低于死亡组（t ＝－2.15，P ＜0.05），而血钙则明显高于死亡组（t ＝2.00，P ＜0.05）。死亡组入院第3日血糖较入院第1日显著增高（t ＝2.36，P ＜0.05），而存活组不同时间点之间未见明显变化（F 分别为2.28和2.45，P 均＞0.05）。2组患者各时间点测得的血钠及血钾值的变化均未见显著差异（P ＞0.05）。结论APP 患者早期血糖及血钙的指标变化可能与中毒程度有关，可作为判断病情严重程度及顸后的指标。%Objective To study the changes and the clinical significance of early blood glucose and blood calcium of patients with acute paraquat poisoning (APP)and to investigate the relationship between prog-nosis and these changes.Methods Clinical data of 62 patients with APP were retrospectively studied.With clinical death during hospitalization as the end point of observation,32 patients were in the survival group and 30 patients were in the death group.Fasting venous blood was collected on the first,second and third day after admission to detect blood glucose,blood calcium,blood sodium and blood potassium.Statistical analysis on the data of the two groups was conducted.Results The blood glucose of the survival group on the first day was significantly lower than that of the death group (t =-2.1 5,P <0.05),while the blood calcium was signifi-cantly higher than that of the death group (t =2.00,P <0.05).Compared with the first day after admission, the blood glucose of the death group on the third day after admission was significantly increased (t =2.36,P <0.05),while the survival group showed no significant change between different time points (F =2.28 and 2.45,both P >0.05).The blood sodium and blood potassium of the two groups measured at each time point showed no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusions The index changes of early blood glucose and blood calcium of patients with APP are associated with poisoning degree,which could be the indexes for judging severity of patient's condition and prognosis.
