The geometric parameter measurement of bulk forgings is the basis to determine whether a forging meet the size requirements of finish forging. It have directly influence on the forgings’quality and materials’utilization that the practicality,versatility and measuring accuracy of the measurement methods. Traditional contact artificial measurement method is gradually replaced by non-contact measurement. In this paper,we mainly introduce two kinds of popular non-contact measuring method:laser measurement and computer vision measurement. Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of those methods,and summarizes the development direction of large forgings online dimension measuring method.%大型锻件体积庞大,其几何参数测量是判断锻件是否达到终锻尺寸要求的依据。测量方法的实用性、通用性以及测量精度直接影响锻件的质量和材料利用率。传统的接触式人工测量方法逐渐被非接触测量所代替,本文重点介绍了两大类主流的非接触测量方法:激光测量和计算机视觉测量。分析了各种方法的优缺点,总结了大型锻件在线尺寸测量的发展方向。
