抑郁症是一种常见的精神障碍,很多患者经过多种药物、足量足疗程的治疗仍然不能获得满意的疗效,临床上称之为难治性抑郁症,随着对抑郁症病理机制更加深入的了解,各种非单胺假说开始在抑郁症的新药研发中占据重要地位,如基于谷氨酸能、阿片系统、胆碱能系统等的抗抑郁药开展了大量研究,现对此作一综述.%Depression is a common mentaL disorder.
