The purpose of this work is to evaluate the quality of experience (QoE) in mobile communication network.A hierarchical indicator system of mobile communication network QoE is proposed,including 4 key quality indicators (KQIs):web browser,instant messaging,application download,video business and 16 key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the signaling monitoring data.Detailed steps of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is designed to evaluate the QoE of mobile communication network.A method to calculate the weight of all indicators is proposed and grading criteria of all KPIs are also shown to measure scores of KPIs.And through a case study,we get a conclusion that the saccess rate of business has the greatest impact on the quality of experience of mobile sevice.%提出一种评价移动通信网络用户体验质量的方法.建立了移动通信网络用户体验质量评价的分层指标体系,综合考虑了网页浏览、即时通信、应用下载和视频业务4个关键质量指标,以及基于信令监测数据的16个关键性能指标.设计了移动通信网络用户体验质量评价的模糊层次分析法具体流程.提出了基于模糊评判矩阵的各指标权重计算方法,给出了关键性能指标指标的打分准则,并通过仿真示例得出业务登陆成功率指标对移动业务用户体验质量影响最大的结论.
