VO2 (B) powder doped with Mo6+ irons was prepared by an hydrothermal method by using oxalic acid as reduction acid, V2O5 as vanadium source, and (NH4)6 Mo7O24 · 4 H2O as doped sources. The VO2 (B) powder was analyzed by means of XRD, SEM and other methods. The results show that (NH4)6Mo7O24 · 4H2O has an effect on the microstructure and morphologies of products and increases the values of TCR and resistance; TCR of the products firstly increase and then become steady;the resistance increase with an increase in (NH4)6Mo7O24 · 4H2O content.%以草酸为还原性酸,V2O5为钒源,钼酸铵为掺杂离子源,水热合成了不同Mo掺量的纳米VO2(B)粉体.采用XRD、SEM、XPS等技术对粉体进行了表征.研究结果表明:钼酸铵的加入对产物的结构和形貌产生一定的影响,同时提高了VO2在室温时的TCR和电阻.VO2在室温下的TCR的绝对值随钼酸铵含量的增加先逐渐增加后趋于平缓,而薄片的电阻随钼酸铵含量的增加而增加.
