With a standard 3×3 as the basic network, the concept and recovery principle of the L + l fault tolerance strategy were introduced, and the navy fleet combat system networks was used as an object of research object. The Matlab-Simulink was adopted to emulate the 4 indexes: blocking probability, average path length, probability of reassignment and effective utilization. And then the recovery degree of the network was contrasted under 3 strategies: no strategy, backup multiplexing and L + l fault tolerance strategy.
