Based on the structure and mechanism of electromagnetic actuator applied in air spring passive-active hybrid vibration isolating system,an idea combining the actuation performance with the self-sensing technique by using small signal inj ection is proposed.A signal with small magnitude and high frequency is inj ected to the input end of power amplifier as the control-signal carrier.The signal carrier consisting of the displacement information can be extracted from the detected voltage between the input end and output end of the coil in actuator through a specially-designed demodulation circuit, which is a voltage signal proven to be linear with the displacement.Consequently,the displacement can be calculated through the demodulated signal carrier and agrees with the experimental results, which shows that the displacement self-sensing method is feasible and effective.%根据空气弹簧主被动混合隔振系统用磁悬浮作动器的工作原理及结构特点,首先提出了基于小信号注入法的自传感作动器思想,通过在功率放大器的输入端注入高频小幅值信号作为载波,并从作动器线圈输入输出端检测到的电压中提取含有作动器位移变化信息的电压载波分量;然后由位移检测电路解调得到与作动器位移成比例的电压信号,进而实现了磁悬浮作动器位移的自检测;最后,进行了试验。该试验结果与理论计算结果一致,表明了位移自检测方法是可行有效的。
