泡沫Ni负载FeCo2O4纳米阵列电极的制备及其超级电容性能

         

摘要

A simple hydrothermal method was reported in this work to prepare FeCo2O4 nanoarrays on nickel foam directly.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to characterize their morphology, structure, element composition and distribution, and thermal stability.The experimental results show that as-obtained FeCo2O4 nanoarray flower structure is composed of nano lamellar.The as-prepared FeCo2O4 electrode materials achieve a remarkable specific capacity of 1 190.47 mF·cm-2, ratio performance of 61.09% (current density from 1 to 50 mA·cm-2), and 111.76% retention of its initial specific capacity after 2 000 charge-discharge cycles at current density of 30 mA·cm-2.%采用简单的水热法在泡沫镍基质上直接制备FeCo2O4纳米阵列材料,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及热重分析(TGA)等手段对制备材料的形貌、结构、元素组成分布及其热稳定性能进行表征.实验结果表明,制备的FeCo2O4具有由纳米片层构成的纳米花阵列结构.在三电极体系及2 mol/L H2SO4电解质中,该电极材料的比容量达1 190.47 mF·cm-2,当电流密度为从1 mA·cm-2增加到50 mA·cm-2时,其倍率性保持61.09%,在30 mA·cm-2电流密度下充放电循环2 000次后其比容量保留率达到111.76%.
