免费师范生教育存在的问题及其对策研究

     

摘要

Tuition-free normal education is an important approach to improve teachers' education in China. However, from the perspective of the implementation of free normal education policy, there are some problems, such as the lack of selection and exit mechanism, inaccurate training objectives, unreasonable curriculum and nonstandard educational practice and so on. In view of these problems, this study proposes some policy changes, such as establishing a scientific and reasonable selection and exit mechanism, a clear training objectives, setting up flexible course structure, improving the bachelor-master free normal education mechanisms and strengthening educational practice guidance and so on.%免费师范生教育是加强教师队伍建设的重要举措。从目前免费师范教育的实施来看,还存在诸如遴选与退出机制缺乏、培养目标定位不准确、课程设置不合理、教育实习不规范等诸多问题,基于此,本研究从建立科学合理的准入与退出机制、明确培养目标、设置灵活的课程结构、完善“本硕一体化”的免费师范生培养新机制、加强教育实践指导等方面提出相关政策建议。
