后危机时代如何提升我国服务贸易竞争力

         

摘要

随着全球产业结构的调整,产业重心向服务业转移,服务贸易因其技术含量高、附加值高,已成为发达国家的支柱产业,成为各国争夺的战略要地。我国服务贸易管理体制落后,发展环境欠佳,专业人才匮乏,占GDP的比重低,结构失衡,长期处于逆差,竞争力弱,持续发展乏力。顺应国际服务贸易知识化、技术化的发展潮流,我们必须采取各种措施,完善全国性的服务贸易管理体系;加强人才培养和引进;拉动内需,打造中国服务品牌;深度发掘货物贸易背后的服务商机;以科技创新促服务贸易结构优化;开展国际服务外包,引导FDI投向新兴服务业等措施,促进我国服务贸易竞争力迅速提升。%Along with adjustment of global industrial structure, industry center of gravity transfers to services. Service trade has become a pillar industry and strategically important area in the developed countries because of its high technical content and high added value. Chinas service trade management systems lag behind, development environment is poor, professionals is not enough, proportion of GDP is low, the structure is unbalanced, competitiveness is weak, sustainable development is fatigue. Following development trend of inter- national trade in services, we must take various measures to improve the national service trade management system, strengthen person- nel training and the introduction, stimulate domestic demand, build China' service brand, explore deeply service opportunities, opti- mize the service trade structure with science and technology innovation , develop international service outsourcing, guide FDI to invest in emerging service industry, promote the competitiveness of Chinas service trade quickly.
