乐果的高效液相色谱分析

摘要

Use Acetonitrile + water (pH=3) as the mobile phase, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and UV detector separation and determination of the original drug Dimethoate. The result showed that standard deviations, coefficients of variation, average recovery, and liner correlation were 0.237, 0.244%, 99.95%, and 0.999 respectively.%采用乙腈+水（pH值为3）为流动相，用反相高效液相色谱法和紫外检测器分离测定乐果原药。结果表明，该方法的标准偏差为0.237，变异系数为0.244%，回收率为99.95%，线性相关系数为0.999。
