甘氨酸法草甘膦脱溶冲料的原因分析及改进措施

摘要

This paper finds the cause for the production problem of glycine glyphosate desolventizing red material issues, through depolymerization, synthesis, hydrolysis quality of raw materials, optimizing the ratio test and so on; meanwhile, it takes corrective measures to optimize process control in the production unit, avoiding desolventizing red material phenomenon.%针对甘氨酸草甘膦装置生产中脱溶冲料的问题，通过对解聚、合成、水解原料的质量、配比等进行优化试验，找到了导致脱溶冲料的原因；同时，在生产装置上采取改进措施，优化工艺控制方式，避免了脱溶冲料现象的发生。
