热媒炉在化工企业中的应用

为满足连续型化工企业热媒系统的高稳定性，有机热载体炉（热媒炉）得到了广泛应用。为确保热媒炉的连续安全运行，在介绍热媒炉主要运行特点的基础上，探讨了热媒炉的自动控制系统的技术特性，同时结合某连续型化工企业装置设备的特点和要求，进行热媒炉的运行分析，并找出改善措施。%In order to meet the high stability of continuous chemical enterprises heating system, heat carrier furnace has been widely applied. In order to ensure continuous and safe operation of heat medium heater, based on the main operating characteristics of heat medium heater, the paper discusses the technical charac-teristics of the automatic control system of heat medium heater, and combined with the characteristics and re-quirements of the equipment of a continuous type of chemical enterprise, the paper further analyses of heat medium heater running, and finds measures to improve it.
