脱挥器封头结构不连续部位的应力情况十分复杂,设计时通常是凭借经验来确定各部位的壁厚。文章基于ANSYS Workbench有限元方法对脱挥器封头结构进行了应力分析,得到了各部位厚度对不连续处当量应力的敏感度,进行了优化设计。该方法不仅满足了结构强度要求,且用钢量最小,取得了较为理想的实验结果,对此类设备的设计具有一定的参考价值。%Stress in the head of devolatilization equipment’s discontinuous zone is complex, usually according to experience to determine the thickness of each part. To meet the requirements of strength and minimize the amount of steel, stress is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software, and the author achieves the sensitivity of each part’s thickness to equivalent stress in discontinuous zone through optimization technology. Thickness of each part was optimized, and reasonable results were obtained, which would be helpful to the design of the e-quipments of the same type.
