对苯二甲醚的合成研究

             

摘要

针对传统合成工艺存在原料剧毒、产生大量废水等问题,采用氯甲烷作甲基化试剂,对苯二酚为反应底物合成对苯二甲醚,并考察物料配比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,在对苯二酚与氢氧化钠及氯甲烷的量的比在1∶2.4∶2.8,反应时间5 h,反应温度90℃时,反应收率最高,对苯二甲醚的收率可达87.8%。%To break the traditional synthetic technology limitations such as using highly toxic raw materials, producing a large amount of waste water and so on, this process synthesizes p-dimethoxybenzene from p-di-hydroxybenzene and chloromethane. By researching the influence of the products yielding factors including materials proportion, reaction time, reaction temperature and etc, the results show that when the ratio of molar ration of p-dihydroxybenzene, sodium hydroxide and chloromethane is 1:2.4:2.8, the reaction time is 5 hours;when the temperature is 90℃, the product obtains 87.8%yield of p-dimethoxybenzene at its most.
