在分析门梁生产线工艺特点和生产要求的基础上，结合企业的需求，基于柔性制造思想设计了门梁生产线系统的整体方案；采用PLC控制，对调试过程中遇到的问题提出了解决方案，使生产线顺利投入生产。%On the basis of research and analysis of door-beam assembly line characteristics and production requirements, and with the flexible manufacturing approach and the needs of the enterprises, this paper devel-ops an overall plan of door-beam production line. Using PLC control, the author also provides solutions to questions encountered during commissioning process to enable a smooth production.
