利用CBCT分析上颌前牙区微种植体支抗植入的安全范围

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the bone depth of maxillary anterior interdental area for orthodontic micro-implant an-chorage. Methods:Maxillary anterior alveolar bone of 30 adults was scanned and reconstructed by cone beam CT , the mesio-distal interdental distance and labial-palatal bone depth were measured at 4,6,8,10 and 12 mm from the alveolar crest be-tween upper anterior dental roots. Results: The mesio-distal distance between central incisors was the widest in all measure-ment levels, while the labial cortical bone thickness was the thinnest. At the 8 mm-level,the shortest mesio-distal distance was between the roots of central and lateral incisors. At or above the 8 mm-level , the labial-palatal bone depth was the thinnest between central incisors, but the thickest between central and lateral incisors. It was seen in only 6 cases that the root length exceeded 12 mm. Conclusion:This study provides suitable bone thickness and bone depth for micro-screws place-ment of maxillary anterior region.%目的:利用锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)对上颌前牙区各根间的近远中及唇腭侧骨质厚度进行测量分析,为确定正畸治疗植入微种植支抗的安全范围提供参考。方法:对30例成人患者上颌前牙区行CBCT扫描及三维重建,测量距上颌牙槽嵴顶4、6、8、10、12 mm水平上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙根间区近远中向、唇腭向的距离。结果:上中切牙牙根间至牙槽嵴顶4、6、8、10 mm近远中间距均最宽,在距牙槽嵴顶8 mm 水平,中切牙与侧切牙牙根间近远中向距离最窄;中切牙牙根间骨厚度在唇腭向距牙槽嵴顶8 mm及以上水平最薄,中切牙与侧切牙牙根间骨厚度最厚。30例中有6例前牙区各牙根长度均>12 mm,其根间近远中向距离距牙槽嵴顶12 mm水平均较宽。结论:通过对扫描后颌骨影像的分析,明确了前牙区各牙根间骨量,为确定植入微种植支抗的安全范围提供参考。
