Objective: To explore the application value of dual source CT Flash scan in pulmonary artery computed tomography angiography(CTA) examination. Methods: Comparison of dual source CT scan and general Flash scan method of pulmonary artery CTA images 40 cases respectively, to investigate image quality of the application of dual source CT Flash scanning mode on pulmonary CTA. Results: In the two groups, the CT value of pulmonary artery at all levels was compared, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Comparison of CT values of left pulmonary vein, right pulmonary vein, left atrium and ascending aorta, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the subjective score of image quality(P<0.01). Conclusions: Dual source CT Flash scan of pulmonary artery CTA examination can effectively reduce the scanning time and the amount of contrast agent with high quality image.%目的:探讨双源CT Flash扫描在肺动脉计算机断层摄影血管造影术(computed tomography angiography, CTA)检查中的应用价值。方法:对应用双源CT Flash扫描与应用普通扫描方法的肺动脉CTA图像各40例进行对照,探讨应用双源CT Flash扫描模式对肺动脉CTA图像质量的影响。结果:两种检查方法的各级肺动脉的CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);左肺段静脉、右肺段静脉、左房、升主动脉的CT值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);图像质量主观评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:双源CT Flash扫描模式在肺动脉CTA检查中能有效地缩短扫描时间、降低对比剂用量并获得高质量图像。
