目的 观察糖脂清合八正散治疗2型糖尿病并发泌尿系感染的临床疗效.方法 将76例2型糖尿病并发泌尿系感染患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,患者空腹血糖控制在6.0～8.0 mmol/L之间.2组均采用常规抗菌治疗,对照组加服八正散中药煎剂,治疗组加服糖脂清合八正散中药煎剂,观察糖尿病患者泌尿系感染的细菌学特点及治疗前后临床症状的变化.结果 细菌培养结果 显示菌群以革兰阴性杆菌为主,治疗组综合疗效总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 糖脂清合八正散可以提高糖尿病并发泌尿系感染治疗效果.%OBJECTIVE To observe Tangzhiqing and Bazhengsan decoction's effect on treating type 2 diabetes with urnrinary tract infection. METHODS 72 qualified patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,rnwith the fasting test results between 6.0～8.0 mmol/L. Both of the groups were given the regular antisepsis treatment,rnwith Bazhengsan decoction given to the control group, Tangzhiqing and Bazhengsan decoction given to the treatment rngroup. Bacteriological characters for urinary tract infection as well as the clinical changes before and after the treatment rnwere observed. RESULTS Bacterial culture results showed that most of them were gram negative bacilli. The overall effirncacy in treatment group was higher than that of the control group, which was statically significant (P＜0.05).CONCLUrnSION Tangzhiqing and Bazhengsan can improve the efficacy of treating diabetes with uninary tract infection.
