C-dump变换器开关的工作方式及其对调速系统的影响

     

摘要

讨论了无刷直流电机调速系统中C-dump(电容储能型)变换器斩波开关的工作方式对变换器储能电容电压和电机电流的影响,对斩波开关提出了三种控制方法:滞环控制、PWM控制以及滞环结合PWM控制。本文对其与主开关的配合方式进行了详细的分析与比较,给出了系统在各种方式下的实验结果。研究表明,C-dump变换器的斩波开关采用滞环控制与PWM控制相结合的方式工作能较好地减小电机电流脉动,进而减小电磁转矩脉动,有利于系统稳态性能的提高。%Influence on the current and the torque ripple with the switch operating model of a PMBDC motor based on C-dump converter is analyzed. In order to improve the performance of the system and to rncut down the torque ripple, several kind co-operations of the chopping switch and the power switch are proposed, such as lag-loop control, PWM control and lag-loop with PWM control. And they are studied and compared in both theory and practice. Simulational and experimental waves are also offered. The results indicate that lag-loop with PWM control on the chopping switch can reduce the ripple of the phase current and the torque. It can fairly meet the request of the system.
