人工智能研究纲领的困境与走向

摘要

从人工智能研究纲领的发展历程看,建立在还原论理论基础上的符号主义的研究纲领和建立在整体论理论基础上的联结主义的研究纲领均在实践中遭遇到困境和不足。对于复杂性科学而言,要求人们把关注的中心从实体转向关系,从部分转向整体,从孤立因果链转向相互作用的因果转化网络。从这种意义上思考,建立人工智能新联结主义研究纲领,把基于还原论的符号主义与基于整体论的联结主义结合起来,是一种可行、有效的方法。%This thesis aims at discussing the future trend of the artificial intelligence research program,through the analysis of development course of the artificial intelligence research program（Symbolism and connectionism in practice experience difficulty and insufficiency）.The complexity of science requires people to shift the center of their attention from entity to relationship,from part to whole,from the isolated chain of cause and effect into the interactive network.In this sense,it is a feasible and effective method to establish new connectionism artificial intelligence research program,combining the symbolism based on the doctrine and the connectionism based on the whole theory.
