基于DEA方法的创新型企业技术创新能力评价分析

摘要

The paper constructs a technology innovation ability evaluation index system with the DEA method, combined with the lately data of innovative-enterprises in Jiangsu. It makes a quantitative analysis to the effectiveness of technology innovation ability of innovative-enterprises, which shows : the technology innovation ability of 9 city-based innovative-enterprises including Nanjing, Wuxi and so on are DEA effective; whereas that of Changzhou, Nantong, Yangzhou, Lianyungang are non-DEA effective.%运用数据包络分析（DEA）法构建创新型企业技术创新能力评价指标体系，结合近年江苏创新型企业的数据，定量分析创新型企业技术创新能力的有效程度。结果显示：南京、无锡等九个城市的创新型企业技术创新能力为DEA有效，常州、南通、扬州、连云港等城市的创新型企业技术创新能力为非DEA有效。
