The thermal decomposition mechanism and kinetics of two-component addition liquid silicone rubber with different contents of aluminium hydroxide were investigated by the nonisothermal.Thermogravimetric(TG) method at different heating rates of 5, 15 and 20 K/min in inert atmosphere.The TG data were analyzed by the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) method.The apparent activation energy Ea as a function of conversion α indicated that the thermal stability of the liquid silicone rubber could be enhanced by introducing a certain amount of thermal additives.%采用非等温热分析(TG)技术,在惰性气氛和5、15、20K/min线性升温速率条件下,考察了不同Al(OH)3用量的双组分加成型液体硅橡胶的非等温热降解机制及反应动力学,采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)动力学模型对非等温动力学数据进行分析,并研究了热分解反应的表观活化能Ea.以表观活化能对转化率α作图的结果显示引入一定量的热稳定性添加剂可以大大提高液体硅橡胶的热稳定性.
