针对目前热工保护控制系统电源负载故障引起的机组误动作,通过某厂汽轮机紧急跳闸系统( ETS)故障案例,分析直流电源并联输出供电回路设计存在的问题,采取合理分配电源负载及对供电回路的改进,降低直流电源负载短路时并联输出电源的影响,提高了热工保护系统可靠性。%This paper aims to address unit misoperations caused by power load failure of the thermal protection control system.Taking a fault of emergency trip system (ETS) of a turbine in a plant as an example it explores the problem with the design of parallel output DC power supply circuits.The impact of parallel output during DC power load short circuit is reduced by reasonably allocating power load and improving power supply circuits.The thermal protection system is thus more reliable.
