Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of serum glutamic acid level in the screening of retinopathy of prematurity.Methods The gestational age,male-to-female ratio, body weight and serum glutamic acid level were recorded in 50 premature infants with retinopathy (observation group)and 50 premature infants without retinopathy(control group)to analyze their relationships to retinopathy of prematurity.Results Compared with control group,serum glutam-ic acid level significantly increased in observation group at 1 day,14 days and 1 month after birth (P <0.05).However,the level of serum glutamic acid decreased over time in both group(P =0.003 and P =0.036,respectively),and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group(P =0.025).Logistic regression analysis showed that the concentration of glutamic acid was positively correlated with the occurrence of retinopathy of prematurity(OR =3.81,P =0.01),suggesting that glutamic acid level was the independent risk factor for retinopa-thy in premature infants.Conclusion Serum glutamic acid concentration is related to the retinop-athy in premature infants.Therefore,the detection of glutamic acid level may be helpful for the screening of retinopathy of prematurity.%目的 探究并分析血清谷氨酸水平在早产儿视网膜病变筛查中的临床价值.方法 选取100例早产儿,其中视网膜病变患儿50例作为观察组,非视网膜病变患儿50例作为对照组.观察并记录2组患儿胎龄、男女性别比例、体质量以及血清谷氨酸水平,并分析其与早产儿视网膜病变的关系.结果 观察组患儿血出生后,出生后1、14 d和出生后1个月血清谷氨酸浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05);随着时间的延长,2组谷氨酸浓度均有所下降(P=0.003,P=0.036),但观察组患儿血清谷氨酸浓度下降的程度明显大于对照组(P=0.025).Logistic回归分析结果显示,谷氨酸浓度与早产儿视网膜病变的发生呈正相关(OR=3.81,P=0.01),是早产儿出现视网膜病变的独立危险因素.结论 谷氨酸浓度与早产儿视网膜病变有关,对于早产儿视网膜病变的筛查可能有所帮助.
