兴国县乙肝防治一体化2项技术培训和应用推广效果的评价

摘要

目的 评价兴国县乙肝防治一体化2项技术——"HBV耐药/分开型检测技术"和"肝脏瞬时弹性检测技术"的培训和应用效果.方法 以2项技术的使用者、参与培训者和服务对象为调查对象,分别采用现场问卷调查和面访.结果 调查对象共计425人,其中技术使用者61人,参与培训者102人,服务对象262人.参与技术培训人员中认为2项技术需要培训的分别为92.65%、97.06%,对2项技术教学方式满意的分别为98.53%、97.06%,对2项技术培训工作组织评价满意的分别为97.06%、94.12%;技术使用者中掌握2项技术的分别为86.05%、83.33%,有意愿推广2项技术的分别为93.02%、88.89%;服务对象对2项技术的综合满意度分别为94.36%、92.53%,能接受2项技术的分别为96.92%、92.54%.结论 兴国县乙肝防治一体化中2项技术的培训和应用效果良好,且服务对象的满意度较高,有利于当地乙肝的诊疗,减轻群众的经济负担.%Objective To evaluate the training and application of two hepatitis B diagnosis techniques(HBV resistance/split type detection technology and liver transient elastography detec-tion technology)in Xingguo County.Methods On-site questionnaire and interview surveys were conducted in the users,trainees and service obj ects of two hepatitis B diagnosis techniques.Results A total of425 subjects were surveyed,including 61 users,102 trainees and 262 service objects.A-mong these trainees of these two technologies,92.65% and 97.06% respectively thought that they needed to be trained,98.53% and 97.06% were respectively satisfied with the teaching methods,and 97.06% and 94.12% were respectively satisfied with the organization of training. Among the users,86.05% and 83.33% respectively mastered these two technologies,and 93.02% and 88.89% were respectively willing to promote these two technologies.Among the service objects,94.36% and 92.53% were respectively satisfied with these two technologies,and 96.92% and 92.54% respectively accepted these two technologies.Conclusion The training and application of these two hepatitis B diagnosis techniques were carried out very well and the service obj ects were highly satisfied with these two techniques in Xingguo County.They will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B and the reduction in economic burden of patients.
